1- E Gift Voucher (E-GV) is redeemable for merchandise available at all the stores of Shoppers Stop, Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, HomeStop Stores & Mothercare Stores* (*Operated by Shoppers Stop Limited) within India(said stores).\n2- E-GV is also redeemable for merchandise available on the Shoppers Stop online store www.shoppersstop.com\n3- E-GV shall not be valid for purchase of Mobiles, Mobile Phone Accessories, Cameras, mp3 players, laptops, 22K & 24K Gold Jewelry & Gold Coins of any Jewelry brand is not allowed through this E-GV.\n4- E-GV cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a Gift Voucher/Gift Card.\n5- E-GV cannot be exchanged for smaller E-GV denominations.\n6- Once used, E-GV cannot be reloaded.\n7- E-GV is valid for a period of 1 year from its date of issue.\n8- E-GV will not be refunded and only a credit note shall be issued for part utilization of the E-GV.\n9- E-GV can be partly redeemed only on the website & the balance will continue to remain against the E-GV number.
